James Ramsey is the Founder and Practice Lead for Bionic System Analytics. With over 38 years of experience in designing and defending on audit complex tax and financial processes. Twenty-three years in corporate environment with General Motors and others and the balance consulting through PwC, Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman and EY. At EY he headed a technology group that leveraged server based data engines and allowed Jim to move from desktop to robust SQL and Oracle solutions. With Bionic System Analytics, he has now taken his practice to the unlimited possibilities of the Cloud. He has nick-named the Cloud Based Analytics Platform “TAFI”, which stands for Tax and Financial Integrator. However, Jim and his Technology Team are quick to point out that TAFI is not limited to financial transaction level systems and can effectively assist in data mining required for operations, engineering and marketing.
